Whenever the schedule allows, later afternoon and the hours closer to sunset usually give us softer, more flattering light and more flexibility to explore locations beyond City Hall itself.

Beverly Hills also gives us plenty of variety without needing to spend a large part of your photography time driving. We can incorporate the architecture around City Hall, palm-lined streets, greenery, and some of the classic Beverly Hills surroundings into one cohesive gallery.

For couples who want more variety, I recommend leaving enough time after the ceremony to walk around and photograph somewhere beyond the immediate City Hall entrance. Even a little extra time gives us room for movement, spontaneous moments, and portraits that feel less rushed.
